- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Yes. You add a payment method in Stripe checkout when you choose Pro or Team. The 7-day Pro trial in the desktop app also asks for one, and you are only charged when the trial ends.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Using WorldCore needs an active Pro or Team subscription, or the 7-day trial.
- How does billing work?
- Billing is monthly, through Stripe. Pro is $15 per month. Team is $5 per seat per month with a minimum of 3 seats, so the smallest Team plan is $15 per month. There is no annual plan at the moment.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open Account → Manage billing and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, access to paid features ends.
- Can I add or remove Team seats later?
- Yes, from Manage billing. Seats are prorated by Stripe, and a Team plan cannot go below 3 seats.
- What is a device?
- Each installation of the WorldCore desktop app on a computer counts as one device. Pro allows 3, and Team allows 10 per seat.
- Is the swarm engine included?
- Yes. WorldCore ships with its built-in swarm engine that runs locally on your machine. No additional installation needed.
- How will WorldVoice credits work?
- WorldVoice is coming soon. When it launches, Pro will include 2,500 credits per month and Team 750 per seat per month, shared by the whole team. Dictation will be charged per started minute of audio, and extra credit packs go on sale at launch.
- When do WorldVoice and the central MCP server arrive?
- Both are in development and marked "coming soon" on this page. They are planned for Pro and Team; nothing you buy today depends on them.
- Do you offer educational or open-source discounts?
- Yes. Email us at team@worldcore.hu with proof of student/faculty status or a link to your open-source project. We'll set you up with a discounted plan.
